More than 100 leaders, partners, and coordinators of «Mission Eurasia». Movements gathered in Moldova for the opening of the summit «Challenges of Contemporary Reality for Churches and Missions». Representatives from 18 countries across Eurasia came together to discuss what the leadership model in the region will look like over the next ten years.
As Sergei Nikolayevich, President of Mission Eurasia, noted in his welcoming speech, «You are the potential, the solution to the new challenges the Church and mission faces today».

The training part of the 2025 Summit was a time for participants to reflect more deeply on their ministry and receive practical tools to work in their countries and regions. Everyone went through four labs: «Conferences and Initiatives,» «Mission in the Profession,» «Religious Liberty,» and «Working with Youth».
At these meetings, participants learned new material and also discussed how to develop leadership and to influence a team, fulfill their vocation in the workplace, apply the principles of religious freedom, and address the challenges they may face in their work with young people.

The training part ended with the ceremonial awarding of certificates. Now the participants will be able not only to apply their knowledge in practice but also to pass it on to other leaders across Eurasia.
