Mission Eurasia is actively developing a new initiative — the publication of Bible reading plans on the YouVersion platform. Three plans are already available, helping us see familiar themes in a new light, recognize God’s work in our lives, and reflect more deeply on His Word.
«Nothing happens by chance. How does the heart develop?»
Can you turn your back on your calling? Or do even the difficult and baffling stages become part of the journey of growth along which God leads us?
This Bible study plan is based on a sermon by Alexander Belev, pastor of the Church Without Walls, entitled «Nothing Is in Vain». It is for those who struggle to understand God’s ways and their calling, and who do not know how to move forward in life. Through this plan, we will see our journey in a new light and reflect on what God is shaping in our hearts at each stage.
«The Turning Point: When Your Life Changes»
We all go through periods when our usual routine stops working. A crisis, a dead end, or a turning point can force us to stop and reflect: what is happening, and where should we go from here?
This plan invites us to explore such periods through biblical stories. We will examine four key stages of life — the search for self, adult responsibility, reflecting on the journey so far, and legacy. And we will see that crises do not necessarily destroy us. Sometimes it is precisely through them that God strengthens our character, purifies our hearts, and prepares us for a new season.
«The Redemption of the Yurt: Life Lessons from the Steppe»
For millions of people in Central Asia, the yurt is part of their culture, history, and everyday life. But what if we viewed it not only as a marvelous example of nomadic architecture, but also as a symbol that reminds us of life with God?
Over the course of seven days, this program invites you to take a fresh look at a familiar aspect of culture and to discover unexpected parallels between the structure of the yurt and the Christian life. It is an opportunity to pause amidst the hustle and bustle of everyday life, to see the familiar through different eyes, and to reflect on how to live a meaningful life that is faithful to God wherever our «yurt» stands today.
Bible plans offer us the chance to pause amidst the hustle and bustle of everyday life, open God’s Word, and allow Him to speak to our lives through both familiar and unexpected images.
We invite you to read the Eurasia Mission’s devotionals on YouVersion, share them with your friends, and grow together in your knowledge of God. Perhaps today’s reading will be a significant milestone on someone’s journey.
