Unreached Peoples
Together to the unreached: bridges ministry hopefulness
Serving Unreached Peoples is an initiative that grew out of a desire to respond to Christ's mandate to reach all peoples with the Good News, particularly the large and small peoples of Eurasia. As part of this ministry, Mission Eurasia seeks to collaborate with existing movements, churches, and organisations in Eurasia and to help organise new projects in a contextually appropriate way.

Jesus - better known as Isa to most of these peoples - is loved by these peoples and they often have no opportunity to learn about him because he appears to them in either Russian or Western "garb" but not in the "garb" they have known since childhood. We see the need to train the younger generation to contextualise and minister in Central Asian and other cultures. To do this, we are using our entire arsenal of resources and experience: training through Schools Without Walls, printing Christian literature in national languages, training leaders for summer camps, Mission in Vocations conferences, and social projects.
Directions
- Identifying optimal and relevant models of ministry among unreached peoples
- Finding "people of peace" through whom the Good News can penetrate previously unreached regions
- Attending cultural events to get to know the local context better
- Printing and distribution of literature in national languages
- Equipping local leaders to serve their people
- organising, or assisting in organising and participating in short-term and long-term mission trips
