4. Final and judicial provisions
Any disputes arising from the use of this service will be settled amicably. In case of disputes arising from the purchase, payment or delivery of products purchased from MISSION EURASIA" S.A. and not covered by any clause of this act, they will be settled amicably within 30 working days from the date of written notification of the problem. If the dispute cannot be settled amicably, the courts of the Republic of Moldova shall have jurisdiction. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the client assumes all risk.
