Eurasia Mission initiated the Empower platform ten years ago as a place to train and prepare teams to serve in Christian summer camps. The first such conference was held on 25 April 2015 in Irpen, Ukraine. Over the past ten years, thousands of young leaders have passed through Empower and have since become involved in summer ministry to children, teens, and young adults.
Empower 2025 in Moldova is the 30th anniversary edition. It brought together more than 230 participants from all over Moldova, as well as from Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Poland and Bulgaria. That's more than 40 ministry teams.
The slogan of the conference - "We serve you so that you may serve others!" - resonated deeply in the hearts of all participants.
The theme for the year was "Unpacking Holistic Ministry." Participants learnt how to find ideas, resources and recovery within their team. Masterclasses were held for coordinators, teachers, sports instructors, social media presenters, musicians, decorators and others.Particularly inspiring was the shared worship, prayer, testimonies and ministry atmosphere.
Over the course of three days, conference participants trained and shared their experiences so that this summer their ministry will be better, more dedicated, and more influential.It was a full day of fellowship, learning, inspiration, and team unity.
We believe and pray that the tools and knowledge gained will work this summer to reach the hearts of many children, teens and young adults with the gospel!
