School Without Walls: Serving Without Borders
"School Without Walls (SWB) continues its mission of developing youth ministry and supporting Christian communities in different countries. Despite the challenges, students and leaders at SBS find opportunities to serve, spreading God's love and becoming a new generation of leaders.
In the countries of Central Asia, students of the SHBS actively help those in need. They work with children and teenagers from low-income families, creating a friendly atmosphere for them. Special attention is given to supporting families in difficult circumstances, where care and help become a vivid testimony of Christian faith.
In Ukraine, SBS hosted a seminar for 130 young Christians. The participants were trained in youth ministry leadership, where they studied biblical principles, completed interactive assignments, and participated in group discussions. For many of the students, it was a time of spiritual renewal, and one participant confessed that after a long period of depression, he felt joy and hope for the first time. The young people returned to their churches full of desire to put what they had learnt into practice.
In Israel, despite the difficult situation in the country, it was possible to hold an SHBS session that brought students from five cities. The young leaders prayed, studied and grew in faith as they discussed the topic of spiritual formation. One of the participants, Daniel, noted that the training gave him valuable insights for ministry and new friends, which is especially important in difficult circumstances.
The ministry of SBS is not limited to teaching - the students strive to bring love and care to those who need it most. "School Without Walls" unites young Christians from different countries, helping them to grow in faith, develop leadership skills and become active ministers. No matter what the circumstances, students and leaders continue to bring the light of the Gospel where it is needed.
