Within the framework of the "Mission in Profession" movement and in partnership with the Urban Centre Comrat and the Comrat Bible Church, a significant training took place on the territory of the Comrat Lyceum (Gagauzia, Moldova), attended by 49 secular pedagogues. This event became important in the development of the direction "Mission in Profession", which is actively promoted by "Mission Eurasia". The belief that by working with teachers it is possible to have an impact on all those with whom they come into contact in their professional activities is key for our organization.

The Mission in Profession team emphasizes Christian principles of building relationships during these trainings. This is not just training. It is also gaining of new skills that help pedagogues to create a healthier and more productive atmosphere both within their team and in communication with students and their parents. Today's school faces many challenges, and relationship issues are the most important for building trusting and effective communications. Through participation in these trainings, teachers learn to look at their work from a new perspective, applying spiritual and moral values in the process of teaching and educating children.
The training in Comrat was not only professional, but also spiritual support for the pedagogues. The lyceum director expressed special gratitude for the event, noting that such meetings help teachers to see in each other not only professional qualities, but also human traits that often go unnoticed in everyday work: "Such events allow teachers to look at each other not only as professionals, but also to see the humane in everyone! We sometimes lack that, you helped us notice things in each other that we don't see in the teachers. Thank you so much!"

This important remark underlines one of the main goals of trainings. That is to help teachers not only to improve in their professionalism, but also to find the strength to maintain warm human relationships, which is so necessary in the educational environment. After all, in the conditions of modern society, where stress and pressure often prevail, the ability to see in each other not only colleagues, but also people with their emotions and experiences, becomes a real rarity.
In addition, the training enabled teachers to recognize how their own behavior and approaches to work can influence their students. Relationships with students and parents are the foundation for successful teaching and learning, and the Christian principles on which the trainings are based help teachers to approach every aspect of their work consciously. The importance of caring for children's state of mind and building trusting relationships is a central element in the educational system.
This training was only the first step in a larger process of strengthening professional and spiritual foundations among teachers in Gagauzia. We, as "Mission Eurasia", will continue to develop this direction, believing that through such initiatives we can contribute to the formation of a more harmonious and spiritually healthy educational environment in the region.
Supporting teachers and their spiritual growth is the basis for the formation of a new generation that will grow up not only educated, but also morally developed. We believe that through such initiatives we can change the future, giving new meaning and depth to the educational process, based on Christian values and mutual support.
