On the first of April, the Renew Platform took place in Chisinau, dedicated to the theme of Art of Recovery. The Renew Platform brought together more than 450 participants from all over Moldova, as well as delegates from 6 neighboring countries. Mission Eurasia has been talking about the theme of Recovery for those who serve people for more than five years. The total quarantine has only reinforced this topic, and the year of war in Ukraine has drained the strength of those who were already on the front lines of ministry.
More than half of the Platform participants are those who have taken an active volunteer position in serving Ukrainian refugees. In partnership with Moldova Bible Seminary and Beginning of Life organization, the Eurasia Mission team was able to achieve its goal of inspiring people to continue to serve by making the Art of Restoration a regular practice.
Alexander Belev, Director of Ministries at Mission Eurasia and one of the speakers at the Platform said: "For some reason we have decided to play Superheroes without admitting to ourselves and others that we are tired, in need of support and recovery.. It is important for us to master the Art of Recovery in order to continue to be active and influential ministers.
We hope and believe that the Renew Platform will help leaders of different structures to be in the state described by the prophet Isaiah: "But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint".
