Youth Conference "Up & Up"

In Kazakhstan, in partnership with Mission Eurasia, an annual youth conference called "Up & Up" was held, which focused on the themes of "Vocation" and "Freedom". This significant event united more than 130 young people from 12 cities of the country, becoming an important stage in their spiritual growth and formation of their Christian identity. The conference was organized by students and graduates of the School Without Walls program, who created rich and inspiring program by putting into service their experience and faith.

The conference included many activities aimed at developing young Christians and their readiness to serve in today's world. The keynote speeches focused on current issues of the Christian life: from vocation identifying to the deep understanding of freedom in Christ. Numerous masterclasses gave participants practical skills that they will be able to apply both in their personal lives and in the ministry of the church. One of the most memorable moments of the conference was the Talk-Show, where young people asked critical questions related to various aspects of their lives, from faith to personal challenges and finding their place in society.

During the final session, the participants had a deep spiritual experience. The atmosphere in the room was truly amazing as young people prayed, worshipped and wept before God, committing their hearts and lives to Christ. It was a time of sincere repentance, renewal and total commitment, that was a powerful outcome of the whole conference. Many participants commented that this event was something special for them, like a breath of fresh air, helping them to rethink their relationship with God and renew their faith.

Mary, one of the conference participants, shared that she was deeply impressed by the event. She said that God gave her a talent for singing and she has always loved to use this gift to glorify Him. However, it was at the conference that Mary gained a new understanding of how she can develop her ministry and expand its boundaries. She was particularly inspired by the workshop 'Serving God in Freedom'. It helped her to realize that she could not only serve through music, but also teach it to others, particularly teenagers* who are very interested in music. This idea inspired her so much that she plans to organize her own youth music ministry to help new generations find their gifts and use them to serve God.

Thus, the Up & Up conference not only confirmed the importance of vocation and freedom for every young Christian, but also became a powerful catalyst for many of its participants. The event inspired young people to be active in ministry and gave them the tools they needed to grow spiritually. As a result of the conference, they not only renewed their relationship with God, but also found new goals in their ministry, preparing to reach new heights in faith and spiritual life.
